My passion for maintaining a healthy lifestyle has been ingrained in me since my early years. Regrettably, my mother held a different perspective on health. Being exposed to the medical field through her work in a hospital lab, she would readily accept any medication prescribed to her without much hesitation. As a result, our home always had a copy of the "Physicians' Desk Reference" (PDR) since it was a common occurrence for doctors to recommend various medications.

Promoting a life free from ailments as we age has consistently held significance in my personal values. With each passing year, my attention toward this matter intensified, leading me to delve deeper into related literature. Consequently, I am now of the opinion that the time has come for like-minded individuals, those contemplating the subject, and those involved in advancing technologies to enhance the healthiness of our food, lifestyles, and environment, to unite and collectively alter the future for the betterment of all inhabitants of our planet.
